「【1人目の専任ポジション】経営企画(M&A戦略)」のポジションの求人です

【期待する役割】

経営企画グループの一員として、M&Aのエグゼキューション業務を中心にお任せします。 大手企業や証券会社では分業されがちなプロセスを、当社では一気通貫で担当できることが最大の特徴です。

【業務内容】

■ソーシング

・M&A候補企業の探索・選定

■エグゼキューション業務

・M&A実行の検討・シミュレーション

・対象企業との折衝、資料分析(財務・税務・法務面での精査)

・デューデリジェンス(D・D)の実行管理(外部専門家との連携含む)

・企業価値評価(バリュエーション)、リスク調査

・契約関連の実務(取締役会規約の確認、契約書調整など)

■PMI

・買収後の統合作業、シナジー創出に向けたプロジェクトマネジメント

■「1人目の専任ポジション」として燈のM&A戦略の土台を創る

上司や経営から指示されるだけの環境ではありません。大きな裁量を持ち、経営と共に主体的にM&Aの仕組み自体を作り上げていくフェーズで参画いただくことが可能です

■「一気通貫」のスキルが身につく

大手FASや事業会社では「DDだけ」「PMIだけ」と業務が細分化されがちですが、燈では入口から出口まで全てをお任せしていきます。M&Aの執行者として、圧倒的な成長スピードが得られます。もちろん、中にはご経験されたことがない業務もあるかもしれません。経験豊富な経営企画メンバーが2名いますので、お互いの強みを活かしながらチームワークを活かした活躍が可能です

【求める人材】

【必須要件】

■M&Aに関する一連のプロセス(ソーシング~エグゼキューション~PMIの流れ)を理解している方

■以下いずれかの経験を2~3年程度お持ちの方

・投資銀行、証券会社(FA)、M&A仲介会社での実務経験

・PEファンドでの投資実務経験

・事業会社でのM&A実務経験

【歓迎要件】

■財務会計・管理会計の知識をお持ちの方(簿記、CPA、USCPAなど)

■IT・建設業界に関する知見

■スタートアップ企業での就業経験をお持ちの方

【給与】

年収 800 ~ 1200 万円

経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります

10:00~19:00
