国際的な規制基準を遵守しつつ、グローバル横断のコンプライアンス体制を構築する役割を担う組織です。
職務内容
- 市場系・法人系領域におけるコンプライアンス業務全般の運営・モニタリング
- 関連法令・規制・内部ルールに基づくリスク評価および管理フレームワーク強化
- グローバル/リージョナルポリシーのローカライズ、関連文書・手続きの整備
- コンプライアンストレーニングの企画・実施、従業員の教育・啓発
- 規制当局および業界団体との連絡窓口としての対応、必要書類の作成・提出
- ビジネス変更や新規事業審査におけるコンプライアンスレビュー・助言
- コンプライアンスリスクの定期/随時テスト、報告書作成および管理層への報告
- アラート管理、日次・月次運用、データ更新などのオペレーション対応
- コンプライアンスレビューやプロジェクト対応、改善施策の企画・推進
- 必要に応じて Acting Head of Compliance としての補佐業務(AML/CFT 等除く)
理想の人材
- 5年以上の金融機関におけるコンプライアンス関連業務経験
- 市場系または法人系コンプライアンス領域での深い知識
- 日本の金融規制(銀行/証券/業界ガイドライン等)の理解
- 国際的な規制・ガバナンスの理解(欧州関連の知識があれば尚可)
- 規制当局対応の経験、関連ネットワークがあれば尚可
- JSDA/FFAJ 内部管理責任者資格保有者歓迎
- プレゼンテーション・コミュニケーションスキル
- 英語での優れた読解・文章・会話スキル(ドイツ語スキル尚可)
