Job Summary
The Campaign Planner will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across major platforms such as Google, META, Yahoo, LINE, X, and the company's proprietary ad inventory.
Leveraging company data and global AI optimization tools, the role focuses on delivering high-performance advertising solutions and strategic communication planning.
Key Responsibilities Core DutiesPlan and execute performance-based advertising strategies.
Operate ads on Google, META, Yahoo, Microsoft, LINE, and other platforms.
Use advanced global optimization partners and tools (e.g., FINCH, Evolv).
Manage end-to-end ad operations.
Strategic & Analytical Responsibilities
Identify client marketing challenges and propose strategic and tactical solutions.
Develop media and communication plans including affiliate, influencer, listing, and display ads.
Oversee full-funnel strategy, media mix selection, budget management, and reporting.
Lead data-driven improvements via analytics, reporting, and client consultations.
Conduct market research and analyze audience/purchase behavior to develop targeting, KPIs, and media plans.
Contribute to proposals and competitive pitches.
Solve client issues using AI and innovative technologies.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and global stakeholders.
Coordinate execution plans and ensure timely delivery.
Use English for communication when working with global teams or non-Japanese-speaking clients.

Requirements Must-Have
Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing.
Basic knowledge of Excel, media management tools, and ad platforms.
Nice-to-Have

Business-level English and experience working with global teams.
