【職務概要】

同社の企業投資室にて、M&AおよびCVC(スタートアップ投資)を通じた事業ポートフォリオ経営の推進を担います。グループCFO直下の新設部署にて、戦略立案から実行、PMIまで一気通貫で関与するハイレイヤー向けのポジションです。

【職務詳細】

■投資戦略・テーマ設計に向けた市場分析および個社分析の実施

■国内外における投資案件のソーシング・オリジネーション

■投資対象企業の事業性評価、財務・ビジネスデューデリジェンスの実行

■ディール・エグゼキューション(バリュエーション、契約交渉、クロージング)

■PMI(ポスト・マージ・インテグレーション)および投資後のバリューアップ支援

■投資委員会や経営陣(CEO・CFO)向けのレポーティング・意思決定支援資料の作成

■グループ全体の持続的な企業価値向上に資する事業ポートフォリオのモニタリング

【求める人材】

【必須】 以下いずれかの経験(実務経験3年以上目安)

・証券会社、FAS、投資銀行等でのM&A、コーポレートファイナンス関連実務

・事業会社でのM&A、PMI、事業投資、FP&A実務

・VC、CVC、PEファンド等での投資業務、ハンズオン支援実務

・財務三表の理解および財務分析スキル

・プロジェクトマネジメント力および経営層向け資料作成能力

【尚可】

・財務モデリング、バリュエーション、DD、契約交渉の実務経験

・PMI(100日プラン策定等)の実務経験

・英語を用いたビジネス実務(ビジネスレベル以上)

・公認会計士、USCPA、税理士、証券アナリスト等の有資格者

・ITエンジニアリング分野の知見(SaaSやクラウド基盤への理解)

【給与】

年収:600万~1000万程度

月給制:月額350000円

給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

賞与:年2回

昇給:年1回

東京都港区港南2-15-2 品川インターシティB棟

JR山手線「品川」駅徒歩5分

勤務地変更の範囲:本社及び全国の事業場、支社、営業所

9時00分~18時00分

試用期間:有(3ヶ月)
