・クリエイティブ M&A 戦略の立案

・投資候補先のソーシング(国内 / 海外)

・デューデリジェンス、バリュエーション、契約交渉などのエグゼキューション

・PMI(Post Merger Integration)の企画・推進

・買収後の事業立ち上げ支援・経営サポート
