コールセンター(受発信)業務をお任せします

===============

【業務内容】

会計・給与・労務・購買管理などの

業務システムサポート窓口

<入電例>

例1)給与:「給与計算をしたが社会保険料の金額がおかしい」

例2)勘定:「税務署に提出する書類の」

例3)商蔵:「請求書の金額が合わない」

  • 計算に必要な情報聴取の上、計算方法確認し案内。

<対応目安>

受電:20件・架電:2~5件/日

ただ電話を受けるだけではありません

お客様の疑問を解決し、

コールセンター経験ある方歓迎

・PC基本操作 (タブ切り替え・ブラウザ利用)
