【業務内容】

・大手金融機関のSalesforce開発案件におけるプロジェクトリーダ業務。

・製品としては「Financial Service Cloud」「ServiceCloud」等の金融業界におけるデファクトスタンダードを扱う案件。

・Salesforceの製品を主軸に制度対応に纏わる軽微な改訂から工期が数か月にも及ぶ中規模プロジェクトまで多岐に渡る。

・プロジェクトリーダとしてCXOや関連したIT部門やユーザ部門のエグゼクティブとの折衝。

・軽微な開発案件におけるプロジェクトリード及び現場メンバと連携しプロジェクトを成功に導くためにプロジェクト管理を実施する。

・顧客要望を適切に咀嚼しあらゆる制約を考慮した上で顧客ビジネス伸長及び顧客要望実現に資するソリューショニング。

【必須(MUST)】

・IT業界での業務経験、特に大規模な顧客を担当した経験

・顧客の技術・ビジネス要件を適切に理解、表現できるコミュニケーション及びドキュメンテーション能力

・チーム内で働き、リードができるリーダーシップ能力

・ネイティブレベルの日本語能力

【歓迎(WANT)】

・PM/PL経験者

・Salesforceにおけるファンクショナル・テクニカルコンサルティング、またはプリセールスとしての経験

・各種Salesforce認定資格

・基本設計書の作成及び説明が可能

・Java等のプログラミング言語
