グローバルで通用する "ECモール特化" の「ECコンサルティング組織」の拡大を行います。

AnyMindが支援するブランドに対して、主要ECモールにおける売上を最大化するECコンサルティングを行います。

Amazon/楽天市場をはじめ、YahooShoppingやQoo10など、ブランド/商品の特性に合わせて複数のマーケットプレイス(ECモール)を組み合わせて提案し、関係者を巻き込んで自らも運用を行うことで、ブランドの成長に貢献します。

ECモールのコンサルタントに求められる知識とスキルは幅広く、それらを一挙に経験できるポジションです。

各ECモールのアルゴリズム/トレンドの変化など、常に最先端の情報に触れながら、業界ごとに異なる市場トレンドを抑え、戦略設計、戦術への落とし込み、クリエイティブのプランニング/ディレクション、運用までを一気通貫で経験できます。

特に、関係者を巻き込んだエグゼキューション/プロジェクトマネジメント(PM)スキルが必要で、どんなプロジェクトにおいても応用できる強みになります。

各専門チームを巻き込んだプロジェクト推進

AnyMindでは、ECモールに限らず、自社ECサイトも含めたEC総合グロース支援を行っています。

そのため、販促施策に応じて、EC全体のプランニングチーム、SNS特化のプランニングチーム、各チャネルの運用チームなど、各専門チームとも連携を行います。

特にインフルエンサーマーケティングを中心とした「マーケティングソリューション」においては業界トップクラスのノウハウを保有しており、キャッチアップした施策をECコンサルティングのサービス品質向上に応用し、ブランドへ提供できる価値を向上させられます。

AnyMindでは、インドネシアのディストリビューターDDI社のM&Aなど、日本だけではなくグローバルでEC/D2C事業の拡大に注力しています。
