The D2C Fulfillment Section supports national clients' EC businesses by operating official brand stores, handling everything from website creation to logistics.

As an Official Brand Store Director, you will oversee the creative process of leading brands, focusing on driving sales, conversion rates, and enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Position Details

You will manage national clients' official stores on Rakuten Ichiba, offering sales consulting services to enhance their online presence and drive revenue.

Role Expectations

• Maximize client sales and store operations
• Collaborate with internal and external teams
• Handle multiple client accounts

Examples of Work

• Sales planning and promotion
• Site production in collaboration with the team
• Data analysis using SQL/Excel
• Advertising operations
• Logistics and customer support
• Accounting and legal assistance

Work Environment

Three teams: Store Managers, EC Directors, and Quality Improvement, with a diverse group of mid-career employees.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of work experience
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in EC site management or consultancy

Desired Qualifications:

• Prior experience in Rakuten Ichiba or e-commerce stores
• Leadership and analytical skills
• Quantitative analysis experience

Location: Rakuten Crimson House, Tokyo

English Qualification: TOEIC Score above 800 or equivalent, or a Degree from an English-speaking country.
