同社の商品比較サービスにて、金融系ナショナルクライアント(銀行・証券・保険・カード・ローンなど)の事業課題を発見し、戦略設計~実行~価値創出モデルの構築までを一気通貫でリードするポジションです。

従来の広告提案にとどまらず、生活者データ・購買データ・検索データを活用し、自社/他社アセットを掛け合わせたアライアンス構築・新規ソリューション創出・メディア化の推進 に携われる点が特徴です。

【職務詳細】

金融カテゴリー特有のレギュレーション・商品特性・購買行動を踏まえ、高難度のマーケティングプロデュースを担っていただきます。

・金融系ナショナルクライアントのマーケティング/販促部への課題ヒアリング

・生活者起点でのマーケティング戦略・ブランド戦略の立案

・広告・コンテンツ・SNS・SEO・データ分析を統合したソリューション設計

・施策効果の分析、改善提案、価値の再定義

・長期リレーション構築および年間プランニング

・エンタープライズ領域の営業戦略策定、仕組み化、組織づくりへの貢献

【必須】

・銀行/証券/保険/カード/ローン など、いずれかでの金融系ナショナルクライアント担当経験

・マーケティング/販促部向けのソリューション営業または提案~実行の経験

・CVR/CPA/LTV などのデータ指標を用いた施策設計または改善経験

【尚可】

・金融系クライアントとの直クライアント提案経験

・金融機関・Fintech・広告会社・メディアを巻き込んだアライアンス構築/共同プロジェクト推進経験

・金融サービスの比較体験/申込体験を改善するためのメディア化・広告化の企画推進経験

・データインサイトを活用したデジタルマーケティング戦略立案経験

【給与】

年収:1008万~1500万程度

月給制:月額672000円

給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

賞与:年2回

東京都中央区築地7-17-1 住友不動産築地ビル

東京メトロ日比谷線「築地」駅より徒歩7分

勤務地変更の範囲:本社及び全国の事業場、支社、営業所
