\ 未経験から"建築資材の購買・価格交渉"に挑戦できる /

タマホーム株式会社の工務資材部にて、木造住宅の主要部材である 木材の購買・調達(価格交渉/安定供給の仕組みづくり) を担当します。

建築知識がなくても、社内マニュアルと丁寧なサポートがあるため、安心してスタートできるポジションです。

デスクワーク中心ですが、取引先との打ち合わせや視察もある"バランスの良いお仕事"です。

■ 具体的な仕事内容① 建築資材(木材)の購買・価格交渉

・協力業者・取引業者との商談

・木材価格の交渉、条件調整

・見積内容の確認

・資材コストの適正化

→ 建築品質を維持しつつ、適正価格で仕入れるための重要な業務です。

② 新規取引先の開拓

・新しいサプライヤーに関する情報収集

・工場や展示会の視察
