Responsibilities:
- Partner with business users to understand challenges and goals
- Translate business needs into data requirements
- Bridge communication between business and data teams
- Design data workflows, dashboards, and reports
- Communicate project status to all stakeholders
- Promote BI tools and internal data platform usage
- Ensure data quality through checks and validation
Required Skills:
- 3+ years' hands-on experience with Python
- Skilled in developing and debugging data workflows
- Business Proficiency both in Japanese and English
- Strong cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments
- Intermediate SQL (joins, aggregations, subqueries, window functions)
- Experience with BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or MySQL
- Bonus: Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, and dbt
Working hours:
9:00-17:30, Monday-Friday
Work Style:
Hybrid (4 days WFH)
Holidays:
Saturday, Sunday, and National Holidays, Year-end and New Year Holidays, Paid Holidays, Other Special Holidays etc

BIツールやデータプラットフォームの社内活用を推進
データ品質のチェックと検証を実施
必須スキル
一般的なプログラミング言語(例:Python)を使用した実務経験3年以上
データワークフローや分析のためのスクリプト・アプリケーションの開発、デバッグ、保守が可能であること
スピード感のある環境での強力な協業スキル。プロダクト、営業、エンジニアリングチームと部門横断的に連携し、要件を定義・合意し、調整および納品を推進できる能力
中級レベルのSQLスキル。以下を含む一般的なSQL分析作業に対応できること:複数テーブルを跨いだJOIN操作や条件付きフィルタリング/GROUP BYやCASEを使った集計処理/サブクエリやウィンドウ関数(例:PARTITION BY)の活用/既存のSQLの読み取り、修正、検証(BigQuery、Snowflake、Redshift、MySQLのいずれかの経験)
以下の経験があれば尚可:Snowflake、Databricks、dbt(data build tool)の使用経験
