<業務内容>

・連結業績

採用時には連結業績管理担当としてルーティン業務を主に作業してもらいつつ、国際税務関係の諸案件やM&A等のプロジェクト案件へも主担当として関与頂く。

※入社後数か月は東京本社での勤務も可

<キャリアパス>

管理会計業務でチームリーダ、更に部署管理職への昇格。

部署外へのローテーションとしては、事業管理部門や国内外子会社での管理者業務、コーポレート部門財務経理部などが挙げられます。

経理Gという組織名ですが、会計実務はできるだけルーティン化/システム化し、業績管理業務に重きをおくチームです。ゆえに会計実務を主にやっていらっしゃった方には仕事の範囲が大きく広がると思います。難易度も高くなるかもしれませんが、課題にはチームであたりますのでOJTでキャッチアップは可能と思います。

更に、国内外の子会社管理、特に比較的規模の大きい生産拠点に対しての管理業務を行いますので、海外出張など業務上の刺激になる経験を積んでもらうことも可能です。事業再編やM&Aも度々対応しており、刺激的かつ緊張感のある業務機会を持つことも可能です。

【求める人材】

【必須要件】

・企業の管理部門(財務、経理、企画、監査など)就業経験。

・英語に抵抗のない方

上記に加え下記いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方

・メーカの生産拠点で原価計算や操業分析を行った経験

・コーポレート部門で事業再編やM&A案件に従事した経験

・コーポレート部門で国際税務のご担当経験

・連結子会社の経理指導や業績管理を行った経験

・監査部で本体若しくは子会社の監査を行った経験

・海外拠点に赴任して経理含む管理業務を行った経験

・その他財務経理部門で就業した経験

・会計士事務所や税理士事務所で勤務した経験

【歓迎要件】

・簿記検定/公認会計士資格/税理士資格

→合格に至らずとも試験勉強に挑戦した経験

【給与】

年収 610 ~ 1120 万円

【モデル年収】

610万円/25歳・総合職(月給31.7万円+賞与)

800万円/30歳・総合職(月給37.4万円+賞与)

990万円/34歳・総合職(月例45.1万円+賞与)

1,120万円/37歳・管理職(月給53.6万円+賞与)
