【具体的な仕事内容】
ショッピングモールや特設会場にて、スマホやネット回線の「困った」を解決するプロモーションイベントの企画・運営をお任せします。

「前職も接客業でしたが、ここでは『自分一人で頑張る』というより、『チーム全体でどう盛り上げるか』を考える面白さを知りました。1年目でもアイデアがどんどん通るし、現場を任せてもらえる自由さがある。自分の経験がチームの役に立っている実感があって、すごく働きやすいです」
これからの目標は?

- 入社1年目 年収420万円 (内訳:月給30万円 + 賞与・インセンティブ)
- 入社3年目 年収580万円 (内訳:月給42万円 + 賞与・インセンティブ)
- 入社5年目 年収690万円 (内訳:月給50万円 + 賞与・インセンティブ)
・営業スタッフ
まずは営業を「楽しむ」期間。数字の責任は負わず、お客様との会話を通じて興味を持っていただく「きっかけ作り」を行います。
・サブマネージャー
チームの頼れる先輩としてサポート。自身の営業活動に加え、新人の指導やマネージャーの補佐を行い、運営の基礎を学びます。
・マネージャー
チームを牽引し、組織目標を達成します。全体の数字管理とメンバー育成を任され、組織を動かすマネジメント力を発揮します。
・部長
事業全体を俯瞰し、経営に参画。複数チームの統括や事業戦略の立案を行い、高い視座で会社の成長を支えます。
