Program Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Execute complex, multi-dimensional programs for clients to meet client and program success criteria.
- Develop detailed program plans and execute them by coordinating with various stakeholders.
- Manage scope, schedule, risks, configurations, change management, communication, issue escalation, budget, quality, delivery, contract & vendor management, and people management.
Additional Skills:
- Excellent customer interfacing skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in cross-cultural teams and different time zones.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- At least 12 years of experience in IT.
- 8+ years of experience in project and program management.
- Near-native Japanese language skills.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
Description:

The Program Manager will be responsible for developing and executing detailed program plans, managing scope, schedule, risks, and budget, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
