【業務内容】
不動産管理会社で利用される契約情報・請求情報を一元管理する業務システムの開発案件です。
紙やExcel中心だった業務をシステム化し、作業効率とデータ精度の向上を目指します。
Javaを用いた堅実な業務システム開発が求められます。
・契約情報、請求データ管理機能の設計・実装
・既存Excelデータの取り込み機能開発
・テスト対応および運用部門からの問い合わせ対応

求める人材:
【必須スキル】
・Javaによる業務システム開発経験(4年)
・Spring Bootを用いたWebアプリケーション開発経験
・RDB(MySQL、PostgreSQL等)を用いたテーブル設計経験
・週2〜3日出社できる方
【尚可スキル】
・不動産業界向けシステムの開発経験
・帳票出力(PDF、CSV)の実装経験
・基本設計書、詳細設計書の作成経験

平日週5日8時間
稼働時間:9時〜18時(就業先による)

・完全週休二日制(土日祝)
