公共施設や商業施設での木造建築構造体工事の施工管理

【主な業務内容】

施工計画:木造構造体工事の施工計画書作成、工程管理

現場管理:工事立ち会い、品質・安全管理、進捗確認

調整業務:元請現場監督との打ち合わせ、社内設計部門との連携

出張対応:全国各地のプロジェクト現場への対応

3時間耐火構造「COOL WOOD」や接合金物工法「KES構法」といった世界に誇る最先端技術を駆使したプロジェクトを担当します。横浜の純木造11階建てビルや豊洲の「千客万来施設」など、前例のない挑戦的な案件ばかりです。

【求める経験・スキル】

必須:建築施工管理経験5年以上

歓迎:建築施工管理技士、建築士の資格保有者

入社後はOJTを中心に独自工法や部材知識を習得していただきます。優秀な設計者と連携してプロジェクトを完遂させる環境が整っています。
