業務内容
■MHIグループでは様々な事業や製品の競争力強化の一環としてDXを推進しており、バリューチェーン(営業/設計/製造/調達/アフターサービス等)全体において、ICT/IoT/AI/データサイエンス等の研究開発を行い、その技術やスキルを活用して事業貢献を図る
業務詳細・プロジェクト事例
■各種MHIグループ製品のバリューチェーンを対象とした業務プロセス改革支援、オペレーションズリサーチ・機械学習・データ分析等を活用したICTシステム技術の研究開発(サプライチェーン/生産計画最適化、設計支援システム、プロジェクトマネジメント基盤、KPIマネジメント分析、生成AIを活用した業務改善、カーボンニュートラル関連のICT開発等)
■新規技術のPoC・研究開発を行い、その知見を活かしDXエンジニア、AI・データサイエンスエンジニアとして構想検討段階から入り、社内ニーズのヒアリング・業務課題抽出を行い、新たなソリューション導入・事業効果の検証までを推進・支援
本ポジションの魅力

■ICT関連技術の研究開発を遂行し、それらをバリューチェーン全体に適用し、業務プロセスの改善、当社製品の特長機能/新製品/新サービスの創出により三菱重工グループ全体の事業収益向上に貢献することを目的とする、研究開発部門です
■CTO(Chief Technology Officer)の統括下に置かれ、三菱重工グループの技術基盤を変革し、将来の成長の礎を築くシェアードテクノロジー部門です

必要な知識・能力・経験

■製造業のバリューチェーン(設計、生産技術、購買、製造、品質管理、物流、アフターサービスなど)に関する業務プロセスの経験または知識を有していること
■業務向けシステム開発のプロジェクト管理/システム開発・導入の経験、またはAI・データサイエンス技術(データ分析/機械学習/大規模言語モデルなど)の経験を有していること
■主体的に業務プロセス上の課題発見、改善提案、実行推進など遂行できる経験を有していること

■開発リーダー、プロジェクトマネージャーの経験
■新規技術の研究開発の経験(新アルゴリズムの開発、学会や論文発表、共同研究など)
