【内装施工管理(オフィス・商業施設など)】在宅勤務・リモートワーク・時短制度あり東京都千代田区

【仕事内容】

オフィスや商業施設などの新設・移転・改修・原状復旧に伴う『内装他各種設備工事の施工管理』を募集

〈 オフィス什器や家具を手掛ける大手企業のグループ会社 入社直後に有給休暇付与 〉

『人と空間をむすぶ』を掲げる同社では内装・設備・建設・IT分野において様々な空間づくりを手掛けております。

今回はオフィスや商業施設などの新設・移転・改修・原状復旧に伴う『内装他各種設備工事の施工管理』を募集

将来的には若手社員の指導をお任せ致します。

  • 具体的な業務内容

・受注に向けた顧客との商談

・現場調査

・見積書や提案書の作成

・工事手配

・調整

・工程管、安全品質管理、コスト管理

・完了~引渡しまで

案件全体の管理、調整といったプロジェクトマネジメントの役割を担当します。

  • 実際の施工は全国に多数抱える施工パートナーが行います。

人数 :5名(本社)

年齢層:30~40代が中心

  • 案件の特徴

担当物件 :オフィス、店舗・商業施設など(元請け4:下請け6)

工事種類 :パーティションや什器の設置/カーペットや床工事/電気、通信、消防設備、空調工事など

1案件あたりの人員体制 :1~2名

担当案件数 :3~4件

担当エリア :東京、千葉埼玉、神奈川※案件によっては出張が発生する場合がございます。

出張頻度 :多くて月1~2回(1~2泊ほど)

※既存顧客からのリピートや紹介からの案件がほとんどです。また、取引先の多くが大手企業です。

新規開拓やテレアポ等は基本的にありません。

【年収・給与】

〈 月収目安 〉 320,000円~540,000円(固定残業45時間分を含む)〈 年収目安 〉 4,800,000円~8,000,000円(想定賞与・各種手当を含む)※面接の上、経験・能力を考慮して決定致します。

9時00分~17時30分(休憩60分)全社の月平均残業19時間程度※現場により直行直帰あり
