・ご利用者との買い物や調理などの日常活動支援

接客やサービス経験を活かして高齢者のサポートがしたい、誰かの役に立ちたい。そんな方は経験や知識がなくても大歓迎です。多くのスタッフが未経験、無資格で入社しております。

日勤09:00~18:00(休憩60分)

遅番11:00~20:00(休憩60分)

・時給1,243円+処遇職務手当

※介護の基礎資格(介護職員初任者研修・実務者研修・介護福祉士)をお持ちの方は時給1,302円

・試用期間(入社日より3ヶ月経過後の20日まで)は時給1,226円

※処遇職務手当あり(役割に応じて手当が発生)

・賞与あり(年2回・業績による)

・昇給制度あり(年1回・規程あり)

・交通費支給(規程あり)

※夜勤業務を実施した場合は5,000円/回(入社時OJT期間中に育成担当者とともに夜勤に従事した場合、夜勤手当3,000円/回)

無資格者:22,402円(1,243円×14時間+5,000円)

介護の基礎資格をお持ちの方:23,228円(1,302円×14時間+5,000円)
