仕事内容:

■ポジション概要・募集背景

当社は現在創業期~30名規模に組織・事業が拡大している最中ですが、より成長を加速させるため、CEO直下でCEOの 思考・意思決定・事業推進のすべてを加速させる"右腕(CoS)" を募集しています。

CoSは、一般的な経営企画やPMとは異なり、

・CEOと事業を共に創る壁打ち相手であり、意思決定の前工程を担う存在

・事業計画をつくりながら、現場にも降りて実働できる人材

といった "CEO の分身" に近いハイブリッドロールです。

■主な業務内容

(1)経営企画・経営推進

- 事業/組織の課題整理、優先順位づけ

- OKR設計・アライメント

- 経営会議の論点設計〜運営

- 中期(1〜2年)の事業計画作成

- 年次・四半期・月次の予算策定プロセスの構築・運用

- 経営課題の抽出と改善提案

- 予実管理・差異分析・KPIモニタリング

(2)BizDev

- 新規事業・新規サービスの企画/0→1立ち上げ支援

- AI活用テーマの企画・提案支援(戦略コンサル/AIアーキ的要素)

- 重要クライアント案件の推進(プロジェクトオーナー/随伴)

- 営業・BizDevとしての実働(必要に応じて)

- 事業KPIの設計・モデルのシミュレーション

などを状況に応じて推進

求める人材:

【必須】

  • 抽象度の高い経営課題を自分で構造化し、プロジェクト化できる能力
  • 事業計画・PL/KPI・予実管理のいずれかを理解でき、数字で議論した経験
  • 顧客・現場の情報を吸い上げて、上層部の意思決定を促進した経験(自社・クライアント問わず)
  • 複数のステークホルダーを巻き込み事業またはプロジェクトを推進した経験

勤務時間・曜日:

  • フレックスタイム制(標準労働時間8時間/日、コアタイムなし、フレキシブルタイム:5:00〜21:59)
  • 完全週休二日制(土日祝休み)
  • 休憩時間(6時間を超える勤務の場合は45分、8時間を超える勤務の場合は60分)

休暇・休日:

  • 完全週休二日制(土日祝休み)
  • 産育休取得実績あり
  • 入社時特別休暇(5日)

勤務地:

リモートワーク中心のハイブリッドワークです。毎週金曜日を出社推奨日(みなとみらいの自社オフィス)としています。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥660,000 〜 ¥1,160,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥171,677〜¥301,796(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
