部署・サービスについて
『楽天モバイル』は、2019年からの携帯基地局設置を中心とした設備投資を経て、2020年4月に本格サービスの提供を開始しました。以降、通信品質向上に向けた継続的な基地局の設置推進はもちろん、日本全国のサービスエリアにおいて、5Gを含む高速データ通信が無制限でご利用可能な「Rakuten最強プラン」を提供しております。
楽天グループMVNO事業部では、楽天経済圏の楽天の多様なサービス(市場、トラベル、カード、ペイメントなど)と連携し、これらのサービスを利用する事業会社や経済圏の皆様に『楽天モバイル』の回線をご提供しております。
MVNO事業者は、MNO事業者ではくみ取る事ができない、ユーザーの細かいニーズに対応したサービスや既存事業の強み、特性を活かした独自のサービスを開発しています。
MVNO事業部オペレーション課では、MVNOの各施策に関するオペレーション業務を推進しており、標準オペレーションおよびシステムを基盤に施策ごとにオペレーション設計を行っています。これにより、ユーザーにとってわかりやすく、インシデントが発生しない、法令に則った業務やシステムの構築を確実に進めています。また、実際のオペレーションは自社だけでなく外部ベンダーにも委託しており、その管理も行うことで、より高品質なサービスの提供を目指しています。

・増員募集。今まで別部署に委託していた業務を内製化する為の新規組織立ち上げに伴う募集。
業務内容
・社内関係者および施策企画メンバーと連携し、ヒアリングの実施、その後に業務要件およびシステム要件を整理、そして施策ごとにオペレーション設計を担当いただきます。
具体的には
・業務要件、およびシステム要件整理
・オペレーション設計
・オペレーション構築、マニュアル作成、オペレーター教育の支援
・顧客満足度向上、品質改善、効率改善などのKPI設定、継続的な品質改善活動。
・ツール導入支援、AI等の最新技術を使ったCS/オペレーション品質、効率性の向上
・BPOベンダーマネジメント業務(教育、運用開始後の全体管理など)
業務の流れ
新規施策要件に関連し、お客様に対する施策プロモーション、施策運用オペレーション、サービスの配送体制の設計等施策全体を俯瞰し、上流の企画・計画立案から、オペレーターが顧客とコミュニケーションをとる際のスクリプトの内容など、オペレーションの細部の設計までご担当いただきます。
働く環境
MVNO事業部オペレーション課は、大きく2つのグループに分かれています。
プロセス標準化グループと施策推進・運用グループです。それぞれ3人、5人で構成されています。
PMや問題解決スキル、さらにはオペレーション経験等幅広いバックグラウンドを持つメンバーにより、新規施策の構築・オペレーション改善を推進しています。
必須要件:
・業務分析、オペレーション設計、オペレーション構築の経験5年以上
・オペレーション改善、問題解決(インシデント発生原因分析、再発予防策の立案、実行)の経験
・要員計画、マニュアル作成、人材育成の経験
・オペレーション改善、インシデント発生原因分析、再発予防策の立案、実行の経験
・オペレーション品質向上に向けたKPI設定、改善活動の経験
歓迎要件:
・MVNO事業における業務経験
・AIなど最新技術を活用したCS/オペレーション改善策の企画、実行の経験
・BPOベンダーマネジメントの経験
・英語力
