オフプレミス キーアカウントスペシャリストは、全国のコンビニ、スーパー、自販機オペレーター、ドラッグストア、EC、問屋等におけるレッドブルエナジードリンクの流通、供給を強化、最適化し、売り上げの拡大を目指します。今回募集するポジションは、名古屋オフィスを拠点とし、東京エリアのスーバー、ドラッグストア、自販機、Wholesalerのアカウントに対してビジネス推進を担当して頂くポジションで、営業計画の立案・プロモーション提案、商品流通から店舗展開、その後のKPI管理、改善提案から実行までを一気通貫して担当頂きます。

Sales Plannnig & Execution
- 営業計画の推進、実行
- 配荷、投資効率を考えた顧客プランの立案
- KPI目標値の達成
- 商品流通、販売数、予算、冷蔵庫・販促品の配置、店頭展開のPDCAサイクルを回す
- 各店舗内でのブランディングの確立
- グローバルガイドラインに沿った店頭展開の実施
- POPの開発・提案
- ビジビリティスペースの確保
Building Success
- 顧客、担当先バイヤー、その他ステークホルダーとの関係構築・維持と強化
Sales Management and Analysis
- 顧客や、伸長率及び収益性の分析
- セールスプロモーション/ビジビリティ効果の分析
- 販売数ベースにおける顧客実績の把握
- 社外、社内向けレポート作成
資格
大学卒(経営、マーケティング専攻などが望ましい)
自動車運転免許
3年以上のBtoB営業実務経験
FMCG業界の中で、WholeselerまたはSM、ドラッグ等のアカウントマネジメント経験や本部営業経験があれば尚良し
英語に対する語学力向上の意欲(ビジネスレベルの英語力があれば歓迎)
成長意欲が強く、エネルギッシュで業務に対して情熱をもって取り組める方
目標達成に対して粘り強く取り組み、成果主義を重んじる方
物事に対する柔軟性があり、臨機応変な対応が取れる方
セルフモチベーターでありチームプレーヤーである方
