仕事内容
新規事業開発部門において、システム・制御または電気機器関連の開発設計を担当頂きます。

社内の機械要素開発部署に加え、顧客、営業部門、協業パートナと連携して、新たな電機製品の開発設計を担うポジションです。

【具体的な業務内容】

・商品コンセプトの立案

・顧客への開発提案および仕様調整

・開発製品の基本設計および構成品の仕様決定

・協業メーカーとの技術調整、仕様調整

・開発マネジメント業務

求める能力・経験・資格
【必須】

メーカ(重工、重電、自動車、家電/計測装置等)における以下いずれかの実務経験

・電気システム・制御または通信・ソフトウェア設計の経験がある方

・電気機器の構造、部品配置、電気接続、EMC設計のいずれか経験がある方

・インバータ等の電力変換機器の開発設計経験がある方

・開拓段階にある新規事業領域においても主体的に業務に取り組める

・新しい技術、製品に興味を持って、積極的に取り組める

・技術課題に対して、現象を把握しようと努め、粘り強く解決に取り組める

・社内外の関係者と調整するコミュニケーション能力を有する

勤務時間 8:30〜17:30(休憩時間12:00〜13:00) ※フルフレックスタイム制、標準労働時間:1日あたり8時間

休日 ・年間休日126日(2024年度実績) ・完全週休2日制(土・日) ・祝日、年末年始休暇、夏季休暇、年次有給休暇(最大22日/年)、結婚休暇、出産休暇等 ・勤務地により休日振替あり
