募集背景・業務概要:

小売の会計システムを安定運用し、月次処理の負荷を下げる改善を進めています。運用保守の体制を強化し、品質を底上げするため募集します。改善提案を歓迎するチームです。お任せする業務:

運用保守メインで、問い合わせ対応や障害切り分け、軽微な改修を担当いただきます。運用手順の整理と改善提案を行い、安定稼働を支えます。再発防止策の実行にも関わります。月次処理の負荷分散策を検討し、運用計画の見直しを行います。改善結果を共有し、安定稼働の底上げを図ります。

関係部門とのコミュニケーションを密にし、合意形成を支えます。

お客様の単価を100%開示しています。単価と給与が連動するから、頑張りや成果がダイレクトに収入に反映される仕組みです。

・月給に単価連動型の歩合給を支給。

・還元率:メンバークラスで75~80%、リーダークラスで85%~90%の高水準を実現

・単価アップ時に即時昇給反映

・賞与年2回(計2ヶ月分)
