募集背景・業務概要:

不動産の予約管理を更改し、受付業務の効率化とデータ精度の向上を進めています。既存仕様の整理と標準化を進めるため、基本設計を中心に体制を強化します。運用面の改善も重視する計画です。お任せする業務:

基本設計を中心に、画面遷移やデータモデルの設計を担当いただきます。レビューでの指摘を反映し、設計品質を維持します。運用手順の整備にも関わります。業務フローの整理と要件の差分確認を行い、設計の前提を明文化します。レビュー結果を反映し、品質基準を統一します。

ドキュメントの整備を進め、情報共有の精度を高めます。

お客様の単価を100%開示しています。単価と給与が連動するから、頑張りや成果がダイレクトに収入に反映される仕組みです。

・月給に単価連動型の歩合給を支給。

・還元率:メンバークラスで75~80%、リーダークラスで85%~90%の高水準を実現

・単価アップ時に即時昇給反映

・賞与年2回(計2ヶ月分)
