外部クライアント向けに、HR情報システムと製造業向けソリューションなど、適切なアプリケーションやソリューションを特定・カスタマイズ・導入できる方を募集しています。 クライアントのニーズを分析し、設計に参加していただきます。業務要件を既製品やカスタマイズ仕様に翻訳することもあります。さらに、テスト、ドキュメント作成、クライアント担当者へのトレーニングなどにも関わっていただきます。

職務内容

• ThreatMetrix導入時の技術的アドバイザーとしてクライアントを支援
• 業務要件をスケーラブルかつ効果的な不正検知ルールや統合計画に変換
• 技術ワークショップ、ソリューションの説明、設定セッションの実施
• Webおよびモバイル環境におけるThreatMetrix SDK、API、ポリシー設定の導入
• 技術的なトラブル対応、テスト、運用開始支援
• エンジニアリングチームと連携し、複雑な課題や統合の障害を解決
• ThreatMetrixポリシーエンジンにおけるカスタムルールや意思決定ロジックの設定
• 不正対策チームやリスク管理チームと連携し、技術設定をリスク許容度やビジネス目標に合わせる
• プロダクトチームやプリセールスチームと協力し、必要に応じて技術的な助言を提供

応募条件

• ・エンタープライズ向けクライアントソリューションの導入経験が5年以上あること
• REST API、JSON、JavaScript、モバイルSDK(iOS/Android)のいずれかの実務経験
• 優れた問題解決力、分析力、評価スキル
• 意思決定に影響を与え、複雑なステークホルダー環
• まく調整できるコンサルティング力とクライアント対応力
• ソフトウェアエンジニアリングまたはモバイルアプリ開発(ネイティブまたはハイブリッド)の経験があれば尚
• SQL、Python、その他のデータ分析スキルがあれば尚可
• 日本語が流暢で、ビジネスレベルの英語力があれば尚可

Senior Technical Consultant
position. Location: Tokyo (Yaesu Office)

We offer a wide range of solutions in the financial crime prevention space, including AML/KYC, sanctions screening (OFAC and others), fraud detection and prevention, identity verification, and transaction risk management.

Role Summary

We are seeking a candidate who can identify, customize, and implement appropriate applications and solutions for external clients—particularly in HR information systems and manufacturing-related solutions. You will analyze client needs, participate in solution design, translate business requirements into product specifications, and support testing, documentation, and training.

ThreatMetrix
– An online fraud detection solution that protects businesses and customers from cyberattacks. It uses digital identity, advanced analytics, and machine learning to prevent fraud across the entire customer journey on websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a technical advisor during ThreatMetrix implementation
• Translate business requirements into scalable fraud detection rules and integration plans
• Conduct technical workshops, solution briefings, and configuration sessions
• Implement SDKs, APIs, and policy settings for web and mobile environments
• Troubleshoot technical issues, support testing and go-live
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve complex integration challenges
• Configure custom rules and decision logic in the ThreatMetrix policy engine
• Align technical configurations with risk tolerance and business goals
• Provide technical guidance in collaboration with product and pre-sales teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience implementing enterprise client solutions
• hands-on experience with one or more of REST APIs, JSON, JavaScript, and mobile SDKs (iOS/Android)
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and evaluation skills
• Strong consulting and client management skills, with the ability to influence decisions and navigate complex stakeholder environment
• Prior experience in software engineering or mobile application development (native or hybrid) is a plus.
• Knowledge in SQL, Python, or other data analytics capabilities are a plus.
• Fluent Japanese and Buisness English is a plus
