About the Role

\

Managing and coordinating schedules and administration for the Managing Director of Elsevier Health. This would include arranging meetings, overseas conference calls and other administrative tasks. Those with Data Analytical experience would have an opportunity to do Market research support.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating internal regular and ad hoc meeting/events
  • Setting travel arrangements and reimbursements
  • Support in the preparation of presentations, minutes, agendas and other matters at the aid to the Managing Director
  • Supporting payment activities where necessary within and outside Japan.
  • Requirements

  • Have administrate support or executive assistance experience of at least 1 year
  • Have fluent Japanese and Business English for oversea matters
