【仕事内容】
クルマや飛行機、産業用ロボットなど、さまざまな製品・部品の「耐久性」や「安全性」を確かめるお仕事です。
この仕事の最大の魅力は
ここでしか体験できない実験に関われる"ということ
製品が市場に出る前の段階で、
「どこまで壊れないか」「どんな条件で動作が乱れるのか」を突き止め、
メーカーの技術開発に直接貢献するレアなポジションです
難しい知識は不要
まずはルーチンワークから慣れていき、
徐々にデータの見方や実験のコツを理解できるので未経験の方も安心です
\ここでしかできないワクワクする実験の一例/
【クルマ・航空機の耐久実験】
エンジンや翼などに"衝撃・振動・温度変化"を与えて、
壊れ方・耐久性・数値の推移を分析。
普段は触れない大型機器や航空関連パーツにも関われます。
【ロボット動作実験】
半導体製造装置などの産業用ロボットを実際に動かし、
"電気特性"や"周辺機器への影響"を詳細にチェック。
精密機器のトラブルを見抜くスキルが身につきます。
【組み立て・測定サポート】
部品の取り付け、データ取り込み、簡単な分析などのサポート業務も担当。
ただの検査ではなく、
メーカーの技術開発・品質向上に直結する"研究要素のある仕事

月給:19万7000円以上+時間外手当(100%支給)+賞与年2回+各種手当
※上記はあくまで入社時の最低支給額です。経験やスキル、前職の給与などを考慮して決定します。
※未経験の方:月収約26万円が平均値です
