職務概要

  • 日本企業に対する事前調査、提案資料の作成、商談進捗の管理を行います。
  • 日本の大手企業に対し、自社サービスを紹介し、商談をフォローアップ、契約締結までを推進します。
  • 調達部門に対し、顧客の進捗状況および目標達成状況を正確に報告します。
  • 基本取引契約書の翻訳、契約締結後の書類および履行状況の管理を行います。
  • 合意を得た顧客から必要な書類を適時に取得します。
  • 顧客から紹介された関係者との定例会議の調整およびフォローアップを行います。

経験要件

  • 日本の大手企業との商談経験(3~5年)、冷静かつ効果的なコミュニケーションスキルを有すること。
  • 「断られても交渉の始まり」という考えを持ち、契約獲得とビジネス推進を粘り強く追求できること。
  • 日本の大手メーカーにおける部課長クラスとの商談経験があり、長期的な取引関係を維持するスキルを有すること。
  • 営業企画・プレゼンテーション経験があり、自社サービスを自信を持って紹介できること。
  • 異文化適応能力が高く、人種を問わず対等に接し、社内外のチームと協力して目標を達成できること。
  • 定期的な訪問・営業活動を通じて良好な顧客関係を維持するスキルを有し、日本のビジネス習慣を理解し、顧客の信頼を得られること。
  • JD本社の価値観に共感し、チームとともに努力を惜しまず、常に改善を目指す意欲があること。

  • 上司やチームとの報告・連絡・相談を明確に行い、関係者との認識齟齬を防げる方。
  • プレゼン経験があり、大人数の前でも臆せず話せる方。
  • 日中経済に関心が高く、マクロ視点で市場動向を捉えられる方。
  • 日中両市場および製品トレンドに関心が高く、新しい分野を学ぶ意欲がある方。
  • 自身の将来目標や貢献内容を、会社の事業と結びつけて明確に説明できる方。
