本社管理部門にて、

グループ各社で働く従業員を支える、

「人事・労務業務」の募集です。

【具体的な業務内容】

==================

まずは簡単なデータ入力や

チェック作業からスタートし、

徐々に業務の幅を広げていきましょう。

  • 給与・賞与計算のサポート

毎月の給与計算に必要な

データの入力や確認を行います。

(専用システムへの登録、住民税納付など)

  • 勤怠管理

従業員の出退勤データの確認や、

締め作業を行います。

システムを使用するため、

複雑な計算はほとんどありません。

  • 各種手続きの対応

入社・退職に伴う書類作成や、

保険加入の手続きなどを行います。

  • 会議資料の作成補助(月1回程度)

経営会議で使用する資料作成の

サポートをお願いします。

主には、

・従業員数や離職率の算出

・残業集計表の作成

など。

※フォーマットがあるため難しくありません。

  • 年末調整の確認(年1回)

申告書のチェック作業などを行います。

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり19日 〜 20日

【勤務時間】

08:00〜17:00(実働8時間/休憩1時間)

【この勤務時間のメリット】

一般的なオフィスワークより少し朝が早い分、定時は「17時」と早めの退社が可能です。

仕事終わりに買い物をしたり、

病院や銀行に行ったり、

夕方の時間を有効に使えます。

基本給:月給 22万3284円 〜

3ヶ月間あり(期間中の給与・待遇に変動はありません)

※家族手当・子育て支援手当は、

試用期間終了後からの支給となります。

  • 350万円〜400万円(入社1年目)

(内訳:月給23万円〜+残業代+賞与)

当社では、

扶養家族1人につき月1万円支給です。

子ども1人につき月2万円支給です。

16歳未満のお子様が対象です。

最大3名まで支給されます。

4.産後復職手当(一律100万円)

産休・育休からの復帰を応援するため、
