We are looking for a strategic and passionate Global Marketing Group Manager (FORM) to lead the FORM (Hair) category — including Perm, Styling, and Men's — within Henkel's Shiseido Professional portfolio in Japan.
This is a rare opportunity to work at the global headquarters of Shiseido Professional in Japan, driving innovation, portfolio growth, and sustainable business expansion across international markets.

Key Responsibilities / 主な業務内容
- Strategic Category Leadership / 戦略的カテゴリーリーダーシップ
- Define and execute the global category strategy for FORM, aligned with Henkel's long-term vision.
- Analyze market and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Innovation & Portfolio Management / イノベーション・ポートフォリオ管理
- Lead product innovation from concept to commercialization.
- Manage a balanced and profitable product portfolio that drives sustainable growth.
- Brand Equity & Marketing Excellence / ブランド価値・マーケティング推進
- Develop global 360° marketing strategies (digital, POSM, education, communication).
- Ensure consistent global storytelling and localized brand activation.
- Cross-Functional & Market Collaboration / 他部門・グローバル連携
- Partner with R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, and Education to ensure smooth go-to-market.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams for impactful market execution.
- Business & Performance Management / 業績・事業管理
- Manage category P&L and monitor key KPIs to guide business decisions.
- Optimize resources and budgets to maximize ROI and growth.
- Leadership & Team Development / チームリーダーシップ・人材育成
- Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team.
- Foster innovation, accountability, and global mindset among future marketing talents.
What Makes You a Great Fit / 応募資格・スキル
Required Qualifications & Skills / 必須条件
- 学士号以上をお持ちの方
- FMCG(日用品、ビューティ、食品、飲料、家電、アパレル、ラグジュアリー品など消費財マーケティング)のご経験をお持ちの方
- マーケティングの全般、戦略立案、施策立案などの実務経験が10~15年、且つ人事マネジメント経験が3~5年
- ネイティブレベルの日本語、且つビジネスレベルの英語力をお持ちの方
- 変化の激しい環境でも柔軟に対応し、クロスファンクショナルなチームを牽引できるリーダーシップと協調性をお持ちの方
Desired Experience / 歓迎する経験・スキル
- プロフェッショナルヘアケア業界におけるブランドマーケティング経験をお持ちの方
- 新製品開発(NPD)および市場導入戦略の立案・実行経験
