【仕事内容】

【職務内容】

AI戦略統括責任者である、CAIOを募集します。生成AIの登場により、世界中の企業がAIを前提とした業務効率化・価値創出へと踏み出しており、当社にとっても成長に向けた大きな転換点と捉えています。この流れを受け、当社も社内業務をAI前提で再設計し、全社員が日常的に生成AIを使いこなせる環境を実現したいと考えています。この全社的な変革を推進する、高い専門性とリーダーシップを備えた方を募集します。

【具体的には】

生成AIを活用し、既存事業の提供価値を非連続に高めること
生成AIを軸にした革新的な新規事業を経営陣、事業責任者と一緒に作ること
現在の仕事を生成AIを前提とした仕事に抜本的に作り変え、生産性を向上させること

【求める人材】

【必須】

・AI/機械学習・生成AI領域での3年以上の実務経験、またはそれに準ずる実践経験

・事業KPIを基にした戦略立案・実行・効果検証のスキル

・最先端テクノロジーへの理解と継続的な学習意欲

・「AIを使いこなし全社生産性を高める」というビジョンへの共感

※事業会社・コンサルティングファームいずれのご出身者様も歓迎

【歓迎】

・社内DXや業務改革をリードしたチェンジマネジメント経験

・事業責任者としてのグロース実現経験(PMF達成や収益拡大の経験など)

・AI活用の企画・導入プロジェクトを牽引した経験

・自ら手を動かし、プロトタイピングや業務への実装ができるスキル(Python/LLM API活用など)

・データ分析・可視化(BI、SQL、Python等)の実務スキル

【給与】

年収1000~1500万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
