【職務内容】
育児をしながら子供と一緒に通えるオンラインスクール事業を展開しております。
経済産業省との連携もスタートしており、スキル向上を通じてキャリアップを支援しています。
主な業務内容は、セールスチームのマネジメントやKPI管理、
オンライン説明会の改善、セールス部門のDX推進、CRM企画などです。
オンラインスクールの受講生獲得に向けた営業活動も行います。
子育て世代向けのサービス「Famm」を運営し、
日本初のベビーシッターが無料で使えるオンラインスクール
「Fammスクール」は経済産業省リスキリング事業にも採択されています。
【具体的には】
・ 50名を超えるセールススタッフやパートナー会社のマネジメント
・ セールス部門全体のKPI管理・改善
・ オンライン(電話ベース)の1on1説明会の体験改善・設計
・ セールス部門のDX・自動化の推進
・ 成約後のCRM企画・改善・検証
・ 顧客に応じた新しいセールス手法立案・検証
・ オンラインスクールの受講生獲得に向けた営業
【求める人材】
【必須】
・営業チームのマネジメント経験(KPI管理・メンバーマネジメントなど)
・無形商材または高級商材などでの営業経験
【歓迎】
・MVP・トップセールス等の表彰歴/高額商品(自動車・保険・住宅等)
・営業/営業組織立ち上げ
・仕組み化・組織づくり/事業企画
・開発/PoC/マーケティングのご経験
