【仕事内容】
■全社耐震補強工事計画における技術的審査、コスト査定、スケジュール管理
■大型土木建築工事計画における技術的支援、審査、コスト査定、スケジュール管理
■土木建築工事に関するエンジニアリン部員の教育、人材育成
【具体的には】
・建築土木のリーダーとして、国内に広がる工場や研究施設の建屋の耐震補強工事、化学プラントや研究施設の建屋新築工事の技術的審査、コスト査定、工事のスケジュール管理などを一手に担っていただきます。
・施主側の窓口として、外部業者の選定、管理など一連のマネジメントをしていただきます。(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
【求める人材】
<必須要件>
■1級建築士の資格を有する。
■建設会社での建屋設計業務、建設工事管理業務の経験を有する。
■管理職として部下(5名程度)のマネジメント経験を有する。
■英語力(TOEIC600点相当)を有する。
<歓迎要件>
■化学プラントの建設経験を有する。
■プロジェクトマネジャーとして人員の管理経験を有する。(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
