POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Audio Visual Support Technician acts as the primary user-facing support staff for IT. In this role you will enthusiastically teach internal users how to best interact with and utilize technology; providing support as needed via face to face interaction, chat, email, and video calls. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Perform Audio-Visual hardware maintenance and vendor management, trouble-shooting, root cause investigation
  • Setup and on-site support Video Call (all clients), laptop setups, camera / microphone adjustments
  • Perform video conference firmware upgrades and testing
  • Schedule setup and provide on-site support Cisco TelePresence
  • Schedule and monitor video conference call
  • Support and manage  virtual meeting rooms
  • Manage channels of Audio Video control system/ Internet Protocol Television system
  • Manage the operation of broadcasting recording camera (ie. announcement recordings), editing and upload to intranet.
  • Monitor and manage audio levels during event for speakers, manage cameras, lights, video over TriCaster, WebEx, broadcasting from Audio-Visual booth
  • Phone / Email / Calendar Management
    (Audio-Visual support hotline, user email Video Call bookings, assist telepresence booking) and team calendar, priority management for Executive meetings)"
  • Provide monthly report on support volumes, analysis and issues with action plans  
  • Assist audio bridge issues
  • Support Trading floor events
  • Work with events and communication teams on Town Hall requirements and manage all parties involved to ensure a seamless execution.
  • Provide advisory on Audio-Visual setup (facilities, infrastructure, recording).
  • To support   Audio-Visual products / solutions : Video Conference, Cisco Telepresence, Laptop/iPad, setups, meeting room to connect Virtual desktop/ desktop
  • WebEx / Zoom/ Skype / Audio bridges
  • Audio-Visual controls, TV broadcasting

 WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • 2+ years of experience as an AV Support role
  • Be empathetic, humble, and possess a strong focus on customer service
  • Possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS platforms
  • Ability to work individually and within a team
  • Strong organizational and managerial skills and detail-oriented work ethic
  • Flexibility to work outside of standard work hours to accommodate special projects
  • Language skill: Conversational English and Japanese (JLPT N1/ JLPT N2).

  • AV機器のメンテナンス / ベンダーマネジメント / トラブル対応および原因調査を行う。
  • セットアップおよびオンサイトサポート対応としてのビデオ通話(全顧客向け)、ノートパソコンのセットアップ、カメラやマイクの調整を行う。
  • ビデオ会議ファームウェアのバージョンアップとテストを実施する。
  • Ciscoテレプレゼンス用セットアップ日程の調整、オンサイトサポート対応の手配を担当する。
  • ビデオ会議の日程調整とモニタリングを行う。
  • バーチャル会議室の管理 / サポートを担当する。
  • AVコントロールシステムやインターネットプロトコルテレビシステムの各チャンネルを管理する。
  • 放送収録カメラ(アナウンス収録など)の運用管理 / 編集 / 社内サイトへのアップロードを行う。
  • イベント開催中のスピーカー音量レベルの監視と調節、カメラ、照明、TriCaster、WebEx、AVブースからの中継映像管理
  • 電話やメール問合せ対応、スケジュール管理を行う。
    (AVサポートホットライン、ユーザーからのEメールによるビデオ通話予約、テレプレゼンス予約の補佐)、チームスケジュール、役員会議における重要事項の管理)
  • サポート対応の件数 / 分析 / 問題点 / アクションプランを記載した月次レポートを作成する。
  • オーディオブリッジに関するトラブル対応をサポートする。
  • 取引所イベントをサポートする。
  • タウンホール会議における要件についてイベントチームやコミュニケーションチームと協力し、全ての関係者をまとめて滞りなく進行させる
  • AVセットアップ(設備、インフラ、収録)に関する指導を行う。
  • AV製品 / ソリューションの技術サポート: ビデオ会議、Ciscoテレプレゼンス、ノートパソコンやiPad、各種セッティング、会議室での仮想デスクトップ / デスクトップとの接続など
  • WebEx / Zoom / Skype / オーディオブリッジ
  • AV全般の制御、テレビ放送

  • 2年以上のAVサポート業務経験がある方。
  • 共感力があり、謙虚で、顧客サービスを重視する姿勢をお持ちの方。
  • 抜群の対人 / コミュニケーション能力をお持ちの方。
  • Windows OSプラットフォームに精通した方。
  • 個人でもチームの一員としても仕事ができる方。
  • 優れた計画性とマネジメント能力を持ち、細部にまで注意を払う責任感をお持ちの方。
  • 特殊プロジェクト対応のため、通常の勤務時間外でも出勤できる方。
  • 日常会話レベルの英語および日本語スキル(日本語能力試験N1 / N2レベル)をお持ちの方。
