全国ネットのテレビ番組や大手企業のテレビコマーシャル、有名アーティストのライブ映像やミュー ジックビデオ、企業PRムービー・・・私たちNouvelle Mediasは、あらゆるジャンルの 映像・イベント制 作を手がける、実績豊富な制作会社です。 現在、顧客である大手外資系IT企業にて、イベント技術制作に携わっていただける Audio Visual Technician を募集しています。私たち Event Production (EP) Team の目標は、高い技術力を生かし て、イベント主催者および参加者・視聴者に素晴らしいイベント体験を提供することです。
Audio Visual Technician には、放送局レベルの機材を備えたスタジオで開催される、様々な分野の ライブイベントにて、映像・音響・照明などのテクニカルサポートを提供していただきます。イベントは、 プレスカンファレンスやアワードセレモニー、マーケティングイベントやピッチコンテンストまで多岐に渡 ります。 事前打ち合わせでは、技術制作や演出の観点から主催者にアドバイスを行うと同時に、イベント当日 はEP Teamの責任者として、現場で主催者との最終調整を行います。また、イベント詳細を外注の技 術スタッフとも共有し、準備〜リハーサル〜イベント本番〜ポスプロの過程において、テクニカルディ レクターとして技術制作の全体統括を担います。技術者としての機材の操作経験はもちろんのこと、 配信・収録やステージ進行に関する知見、多国籍チームで働ける協調性が求められます。
EP Team はチームリード1名、エンジニア1名、コーディネーター1名、テクニシャン5名の計8名のチー ムとなります。お子さんのいるスタッフも多く、この業界では珍しいワーク・ライフ・バランスも魅力の一 つです。また、放送局レベルの機材を使用して、全ての機材のプロとなることが求められるため、圧倒 的な技術力や専門性を身につけながら、テクニカルディレクターとして技術制作をリードする経験を積 むことができます。国際的な環境で、語学力を生かして仕事をしたいという方の応募をお待ちしております。
業務内容
● ハイレベルなイベントのテクニカル・サポート:
- 音声卓、ビデオスイッチャー、PTZカメラ、調光卓などの機材の操作
- ライブ配信、収録、基本的な動画編集
● ハイレベルなイベントのテクニカル・ディレクション:
- Lead Technician として、前述のAV機材の操作や業務を行う技術スタッフの全体統括 ※規模の小さなイベントにおいては、ステージ進行を兼任していただくこともあります
● 設備や機材の保守点検やトラブルシューティング、スタジオの運用・管理
● EP Teamのコーディネーターと連携した、事前〜リハ〜本番〜ポスプロにおける、イベント主催者と の打ち合わせや調整、技術制作・演出についてのコンサル、ROS(Run of Show)等のイベント関連 資料の修正
● 外注の技術スタッフやステージ進行ディレクター(再委託業者やフリーランサー)への情報共有、ト レーニングの提供
● サウンド・ビデオ・イメージなどの基本的な素材作成、配線図などの図面作成 ● イベント制作を通じた顧客サービスの改善、イベント関連データや顧客満足度の管理
● 社内外のパートナーとの連携・調整、海外チームへの報告・連絡 必要な条件・経験 ● 日本語・英語:いずれもビジネスレベル以上
● 3年間以上の放送業界もしくはメディア制作業界における経験 ※フリーランス経験も可
● 音響機材(PA、デジタルミキサー)もしくは、映像機材(ビデオミキサー、PTZカメラ)、もしくはその両 方の操作経験 ※全てを習得するのに十分な知見と高い情熱があれば、専門分野は1つだけでも可
● 放送もしくは、様々なプラットフォームでのライブ配信の深い知見(例:Wirecast、 StreamYard、 YouTubeなど) ※放送・配信に強い方を歓迎します
好ましい条件・経験
● 音響・映像のコーデックやプロトコールの知識
● TCP/IP ネットワークの知識
● 舞台監督や撮影監督の経験
● 照明デザインや調光卓の操作経験
● Adobe CC、Auto CAD
● Chrome OS、Apple OS (Keynote, Final Cut Pro)、Windows OS (Microsoft Office)
● Google Workspace / G Suite の業務での利用経験(Google Drive, Slides, Docs, Spreadsheet, Meet, Chat, Calendar, Gmailなど)

【雇用形態】正社員(入社後半年は試用期間)

【勤務地】渋谷(顧客先での勤務)*JR渋谷駅新南改札から徒歩3分 ※リモートワーク・オプションなし 【勤務時間】標準業務時間10:00-19:00(1日8時間)・週休2日制 ※休日:カレンダー通り 。初年度有給10日。 ※夏季休暇、冬季休暇、有給休暇、慶弔休暇、育児・介護休業制度 ※イベント:平日日中のイベントが多い。年に数回程度ですが、週末にイベントが入った場合には、振 休を取得。残業が発生した場合も、翌日・翌週などに調整。
