Responsibilities:
Responsible for the presales (technical sales) support for digital human, AR filter, and other AI-related innovative project for the North-East Asia market (especially Japan) to:
Provide technical support in the sales process, including product introduction, demand analysis, solution design, PoC support, product testing, and draft technical proposals or related technical documentation to support the sales process.
Responsibility also includes project status updates, risk analysis through PoC, and customer feedback.Support for project delivery and provide development guidance to customers and partners in the process of system integration.
Ad-hoc technical support and help troubleshooting to solve technical issues via efficient internal communication with remote R&D teams.
Train and guide customers to utilise Company's solutions to meet their requirements.
Regular market research to help the product team develop future features per market dynamics.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree or higher, majoring in computer science, communications technology, computer engineering, or an equivalent field, is a plus.
3+ years of experience working in AR, GenAI, or Metaverse industries.
Background in IT with a good understanding of networks/server/cloud platform/ 3Dmesh, better to have experience in C++/ MySQL / Linux / AI algorism model / HTML / Unity related areas.
Has strong external and internal communication skills to work effectively with customers and teammates. Logical thinking to analyze and solve problems in complicated situations.Ability to self-drive and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-moving environment, keep learning internal new products and industrial competing solutions.
