PURPOSE
フラッグシップ ブティックディレクターの主な目的は、メゾンのブティックの業績と主要な結果の継続的な成長を促進することです。ブティックディレクターは、ブティックの管理と業績に全責任を負い、新たなビジネスチャンスを追求する上で重要な貢献者となります。ブティックディレクターは、起業家として行動することが期待されます。彼女/彼は、責任と義務に対して献身的かつ積極的に戦略的な行動を取り、コミットします。強力な技術、対人スキル、管理スキル、そして起業家精神によって、ブティックディレクターは、売上目標の達成、長期的で忠実な顧客関係の構築、そして一流のブティックチームの編成とリーダーシップに責任をもちます。
Key Responsibilities
- SALES
- ブランドのリテール戦略に従って、ブティックの予算を超える。
- 月例会議とアクションを計画し実行する。
- 経営陣によって定義されたブティックのKPIを達成する。
- ブティックのコミッション制度の積極的な実施において経営陣を支援する。
- HQの商業ガイドラインを遵守する。その実施に責任をもつ。
- コストを管理し最小限に抑えることにより、利益を最大化する。
- 将来の売上予測をさらに精緻化し、最大の市場満足度を確保するために、経営陣と定期的に売上高を分析および検討する。
- TEAM MANAGEMENT
- 目標、責任、結果、ブランド基準、および手順を明確に伝えてブティックチームを率いる。タスクを割り当て、追跡し、コミュニケーションを取る。
- A. Lange & Söhneで働くことへの帰属意識と誇りを伝えて維持する。チーム活動を組織してチーム精神を育む。
- 一流のチームを編成する計画を立てる。潜在的な候補者を探し、採用し、オンボーディングし、新しいスタッフを初日から「ランゲファミリー」の一員としてトレーニングする。チームをモニタリングして、チームを再構築するために必要な人事決定を下す。
- チーム会議、(ただしこれらに限定されない)OJT、評価、トレーニングニーズの予測、タスクの割り当て、および期待に関するフィードバックを通じて、各ブティックチームメンバーのコーチングと集団目標を徹底する。
- STORE MANAGEMENT
- ブランドのガイドラインに沿って、高レベルのディスプレイ、ビジュアルマーチャンダイジング、およびブティックの状態と環境を維持する責任をもつ。
- ブティックの「顔」およびブティック内外のブランドアンバサダーとして行動する。ブランドとブティックの認知度と価値を構築する。パートナーまたは地元の有力者との間で、いつでもブランドアンバサダーのスキルを発揮する。
- サービスサプライヤー、他のメゾンおよび家主/ショッピングモールなどのブティックの近隣と専門的かつ敬意を払った関係を維持する。
- STORE OPERATION MANAGEMENT
- グループおよびブランドの手順を遵守する。問題を特定し、店舗運営が常に完璧に実行されるように、さまざまなソリューションを提案する。
- 毎月、四半期、および年間の棚卸と品質管理の正確性を積極的に確保する。
- 常に在庫の不一致を回避するためのすべての対策を積極的に確保する。
- 安全で清潔な店舗環境を提供することにより、従業員と顧客を保護する。
- FINANCIAL CONTROL & CASH REGISTRY

- REPORTING
- 日本のCEOおよびリテールマネジメントへの売上(毎日、毎月)のタイムリーな報告を徹底する。
- 既存の業務の強みと弱みを特定して、実行のためのアクションプランを定義する。
- CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & CRM-RELATED ACTIVITIES
- ブティックのナビゲーションシナリオを定義し、販売フロアで販売員を動員する。適切なブランドの言葉遣い、行動、およびツールを使用して、ランゲの販売セレモニーを適切に提供するために、チームを指示およびサポートする。
- ターゲットの見込み客の関心を引き出し、ブティックの顧客に転換する。新しい潜在力の高い顧客を獲得するための特定のプログラムを開発する。銀座を中心に、日本全国で持続可能な顧客ネットワークを構築する。 顧客のライフサイクルを管理する。
- 「ランゲファミリー」の一員として、顧客との継続的な関係を維持する。既存および新規のVIP顧客に特別な注意を払い、ロイヤルティを維持する。
- iCMを使用して、顧客戦略を特定および提案する。顧客情報を取得、入力、更新し、販売員の顧客対応タスクを追跡する。
- 潜在的な顧客および実際の顧客、およびサービス要件を理解できる立場の他の人々と良好な関係を築くことにより、現在および将来の顧客の要件を特定する。
- 販売、CRM、および見込み客発掘の目標を含む明確な戦略を立てて、工房訪問などの顧客イベントに参加する。
- クライアントの苦情を個別に注意深く処理し、ブティック、ブランド、または製品に関連する問題をローカルオフィスに直ちに報告する。
- 個々の修理と顧客サービス関連事項をフォローアップおよび調整する。
- REGIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION
- アジャイルなコミュニケーションを開発し、同じ地域の他のブティックマネージャーとの協力を強化する。ランゲのブティックとブティックチーム間の非生産的な領土的緊張と摩擦をなくす。
- ランゲの国際的なリテールコミュニティ活動に参加する。洞察、機会、およびベストプラクティスを共有して、小売全体のパフォーマンスを向上させ、支援的なランゲの小売文化を育む。
Qualifications
- ラグジュアリーリテールマネジメントおよびブティック運営において、直属部下を持ち7年以上の実務経験。時計の経験があれば尚良し
- 高い対人スキルと人材管理スキル
- 強力な顧客ローカルネットワークと優れた顧客管理能力
- 結果重視
- 英語と日本語の読み書き、会話能力が堪能、その他の言語ができれば尚良し
