【事業責任者としての具体的な仕事内容】

スクールの「経営者」として、以下の業務全般をお任せします。

①教室運営の"全責任"

・講師の採用、育成、シフト管理 ・カリキュラムの運用と改善・日々の教室運営に関するあらゆる管理業務 など

②事業の「経営・収益」管理

「利益の追求」をミッションとし、事業計画の策定から予算管理までを担当します。・事業計画・予算の策定と実行・データ分析と改善活動など、例「体験レッスンから何名が入会したか(成約率)」「会員様の継続率はどうか(退会率)」といった重要データを分析。 数字が伸び悩む原因(ボトルネック)を特定し、すぐに改善策を考えて実行します。

③サービスの「品質」管理(会員様対応)

会員様に心から満足していただくための品質向上を目指します。

・既存会員様へのフォローアップ・体験希望の方へのご案内、入会営業・会員様と講師の橋渡し役(コミュニケーション補助)など

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 23万円 〜 49万2000円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり5万円 〜 10万8000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり28時間 〜 45時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

【給与について】

  • 給与はこれまでのご経験やスキルを考慮の上、決定いたします。
  • 管理監督者採用の場合は、別途の残業代支給はありません。

【手当について】

  • 一律、通勤交通費として上限20,000円/月の支給があります。
