顧客からの依頼に合わせて提案のコーディネートを行い、提案にあったアプリケーションの開発、香料の選定を行うポジションになります。

・顧客からの依頼に最適なアプリケーションの開発、最適な香料の選定、添加量の検討
・最新のテクノロジーやマーケット情報を使って、採用確率、提案の質を高める提案戦略を考え、実行する
・顧客へのテクニカルサービスの提供、および、技術提案
・各プロジェクトの進捗管理
・グローバルアプリケーションチームと情報共有を行い、日本での技術検証、応用、活用

■働く環境と配属先構成:
1名が来年定年退職するに伴う欠員補充です。現在のチーム構成は現在9名(マネージャー1名、正社員6名、派遣社員2名)が活躍しています。
1日の標準労働時間は7時間15分、フレックス制度、ハイブリッド勤務など、長期的に働きやすい環境です。※平均勤続年数10年
