主な業務内容

クライアント対応 & ソリューション設計

• ThreatMetrix導入時の技術的アドバイザーとしてクライアントを支援

• 業務要件をスケーラブルかつ効果的な不正検知ルールや統合計画に変換

• 技術ワークショップ、ソリューションの説明、設定セッションの実施

• Webおよびモバイル環境におけるThreatMetrix SDK、API、ポリシー設定の導入

• 技術的なトラブル対応、テスト、運用開始支援

• エンジニアリングチームと連携し、複雑な課題や統合の障害を解決

プラットフォーム設定

• ThreatMetrixポリシーエンジンにおけるカスタムルールや意思決定ロジックの設定

ステークホルダーとの連携

• 不正対策チームやリスク管理チームと連携し、技術設定をリスク許容度やビジネス目標に合わせる

• プロダクトチームやプリセールスチームと協力し、必要に応じて技術的な助言を提供

応募条件

• エンタープライズクライアント向けソリューション導入の経験が5年以上

• REST API、JSON、JavaScript、モバイルSDK(iOS/Android)のいずれかの実務経験があると尚可

• 優れた問題解決力、分析力、評価力

• コンサルティングおよびクライアント管理スキルに長け、意思決定に影響を与えられる能力

• 新しい技術や製品への継続的な学習意欲

• デジタルID信号、デバイスフィンガープリンティング、行動バイオメトリクスに関する理解

• リアルタイム意思決定システム向けの業務ルール作成経験

• ソフトウェアエンジニアリングやモバイルアプリ開発(ネイティブまたはハイブリッド)の経験があると尚可

• 金融サービス、フィンテック、Eコマースのリスク管理経験があると理想的

• SQL、Pythonなどのデータ分析スキルがあると尚可

• 他の不正検知プラットフォーム(例:BioCatch、Kount、Riskified)に精通していると評価されます

About the Role
We are seeking one who can apply their in-depth knowledge to identify, customize and implement appropriate applications and solutions for external clients such as HR information systems and Manufacturing.
The incumbant would analyzes the client needs and participate in the design. They may translate business requirements into off-the-shelf and customization specifications. In addition, they may be involved with testing, documenting and training client personnel on the functional/business application's software.
 

About the Team

This position is based in Japan.
 

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Solution Design
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients during the onboarding and implementation of ThreatMetrix.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, effective fraud detection rules and integration plans.
• Conduct technical workshops, solution walk-throughs, and configuration sessions with clients.
• Lead the implementation of ThreatMetrix SDKs, APIs, and policy configurations across web and mobile environments.
• Support client teams through technical troubleshooting, testing, and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex issues or integration blockers.
• Platform Configuration
• Configure custom rules and decisioning logic in the ThreatMetrix policy engine.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
• Partner with fraud strategy and risk teams to align technical configurations with risk appetite and business goals.
• Work alongside product and pre-sales to provide technical guidance when needed.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in solution implementation for enterprise clients.
• Ideally with hands-on experience with one or more of REST APIs, JSON, JavaScript, and mobile SDKs (iOS/Android).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and evaluation skills.
• Strong consulting and client management skills, with the ability to influence decisions and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
• Willingness to learn new technologies constantly with new product acquisitions.
• Strong understanding of digital identity signals, device fingerprinting, and behavioral biometrics.
• Experience writing business rules for real-time decisioning systems.
• Prior experience in software engineering or mobile application development (native or hybrid) is a plus.
• Background in financial services, fintech, or e-commerce risk management will be ideal.
• Knowledge in SQL, Python, or other data analytics capabilities are a plus.
• Familiarity with other fraud platforms (e.g., BioCatch, Kount, Riskified) will be valued.
• Fluent professional proficiency in Japanese and English are required.
