【主な仕事内容】

まずは、幼児~小学生のスクール運営・スポーツ指導からスタート

今回の求人としては「野球スクール運営」を主導していただきます。

"指導者の一人" ではなく、自分のスクールを持ってもらいます。

《具体的な仕事の例》

・スクール教室での指導

・指導メニューの作成

・チラシやポスティングなどの集客活動

・合宿や大会などのイベント企画 など

*スクール運営・教育の経験がない方でも安心*

入社研修(約1ヶ月)で、スポーツ種目の説明やメニュー作成など、スクール運営で行う業務を一通りシミュレーションできます。

自身で作ったメニューをやってみたり、フィードバックを得ながら、1人でもスクール運営ができる状態まで、学ぶことができます。

スクール運営に慣れるまでは先輩同行でサポートがあるので安心ください

勤務時間・曜日:

1ヶ月単位の変形労働時間制(週平均40時間以内)

・09:00〜18:00

固定残業代あり:月給¥268,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥55,989(35時間相当分)を含む。35時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

※基本給は経験やスキルなどを考慮の上、決定いたします。
