【スクール運営未経験・教育未経験でもOK】

スポーツをバリバリやってきた方でなくても大丈夫スポーツ経験を活かして、子どもの教育に携わってみたいそのような想いがある方を歓迎いたします。


【主な仕事内容】

まずは、幼児~小学生のスクール運営・スポーツ指導からスタート

バスケスクール運営を主導していただきます。

"指導者の一人" ではなく、自分のスクールを持ってもらいます。

《具体的な仕事の例》

・スクール教室での指導

・指導メニューの作成

・チラシやポスティングなどの集客活動

・合宿や大会などのイベント企画 など

*スクール運営・教育の経験がない方でも安心*

入社研修(約1ヶ月)で、スポーツ種目の説明やメニュー作成など、スクール運営で行う業務を一通りシミュレーションできます。

自身で作ったメニューをやってみたり、フィードバックを得ながら、1人でもスクール運営ができる状態まで、学ぶことができます。

スクール運営に慣れるまでは先輩同行でサポートがあるので安心ください

勤務時間・曜日:

1ヶ月単位の変形労働時間制(週平均40時間以内)

・09:00〜18:00

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給¥253,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥52,855(35時間相当分)を含む。35時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給:241,000円 〜(※基本給・固定残業代の総額)

・基本給:190,652円 〜

・固定残業代:あり(給与形態と同じ単位で支給)

・1ヶ月あたり50,348円 〜(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり35時間)

※固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給いたします。

【昇給あり】

・年2回(査定に準ずる)

【賞与あり】

・年1回(決算に準ずる)

※基本給は経験やスキルなどを考慮の上、決定いたします。
