<具体的にお任せする業務>

・半導体製造装置、半導体検査・計測装置のデータを用いたソリューションシステムの基本設計、評価、改良設計

・データ管理、解析システムの基本設計、特にデータベースの知識を有する開発業務。画像、テキストデータ、文書などを用いたサービスアプリケーション。

・組織全体への開発手法の浸透、ナレッジの展開、推進

・国内外の顧客先にて顧客のニーズをヒアリングし、そのニーズに対するデジタルソリューションの提案

・顧客先や当社顧客協創施設での評価

<開発目的>

当社では世界トップシェアを持つCD-SEM(半導体計測装置)をはじめ、電子線技術を用いた計測・検査・解析装置をグローバルに展開しており、社会基盤を支える半導体デバイスの製造に使用されています。当社装置の画像処理、計測、解析性能及びユーザエクスペリエンスの向上や、装置間連携による半導体製造ラインの生産性向上を目的として、当社装置から得た膨大なデータを活用したデジタルソリューションシステムを開発しています。

・基本はリモートワークです。Face to face議論の必要性あればメンバ間で自由に出社時期を調整できます。

応募資格 【必須】

・Pythonを使用したAI開発(画像処理、またはAIエージェント)の実務経験(3年以上目安)

PyTorch(推奨)、TensorFlow、JAX のいずれかを用いたAIモデル開発経験

※マネージャークラスの場合は以下必須

・顧客課題、制約条件に適したアルゴリズムの開発経験をお持ちの方

・顧客課題、制約条件に適したAIモデル・アルゴリズムの開発経験(Python必須)

・画像処理・画像認識ソフト開発におけるPM・PLの経験

【歓迎】

・半導体設計、半導体製造に関する経験および知見をお持ちの方

・TOEIC500点以上(英語ドキュメントの取り扱いや、ミーティングが発生するため)

・学会またはジャーナルでの発表実績

・インフラストラクチャの設定および維持管理の経験(Docker、Kubernetes、CI/CD など)

・オープンソースへの貢献

・スクラム(アジャイル開発)によるソフトウェア開発の経験

・Git / GitHub の操作に精通

【諸手当の補足】

固定手当+等級に応じ、業務手当を支給

(予定月給に業務手当は含んでおりません)

・業務手当は30時間分の時間外勤務手当・休日出勤手当に相当する額を支給

・手当額:79,200円~ 本給額により変動

・時間外・休日出勤の有無に関わらず支給。

・30時間を超える時間外勤務、休日出勤分は追加で支給。

※マネージャークラスの場合は月俸性のため業務手当の支給対象外

正社員(試用期間 3か月間)
