What You'll Do
役割
BCGXでは、BCGと連携しながら、クライアントと共にデジタルプロダクトやサービスの戦略から実際の開発までを一貫して行っています。インパクトドリブンを重視し、課題の抽出から仮説構築、プロトタイプの作成・検証までを、スピード感をもって繰り返し実施していきます。
またクライアントとの協業を通じて、対話やワークショップなどのファシリテーション行いながら、共に価値を創りだしていきます。パートナーとしてクライアントに伴走する姿勢と、事業を推進していくオーナーシップが求められます。

- AsIsの分析やカスタマージャーニー策定
- ToBeのソリューション案やプロトタイプ策定
- AIを活用したプロダクト開発
- コンセプト動画の作成

プロダクトデザイン

- AIを活用したソリューション策定
デザインツール等の経験
・ Figma/Figjam

- マネジメント(デザイン組織の立ち上げ、メンタリング、コーチング)
