What You'll Do

役割
BCGXでは、BCGと連携しながら、クライアントと共にデジタルプロダクトやサービスの戦略から実際の開発までを一貫して行っています。インパクトドリブンを重視し、課題の抽出から仮説構築、プロトタイプの作成・検証までを、スピード感をもって繰り返し実施していきます。

またクライアントとの協業を通じて、対話やワークショップなどのファシリテーション行いながら、共に価値を創りだしていきます。パートナーとしてクライアントに伴走する姿勢と、事業を推進していくオーナーシップが求められます。

具体的な業務

  • AsIsの分析やカスタマージャーニー策定
  • ToBeのソリューション案やプロトタイプ策定
  • AIを活用したプロダクト開発
  • コンセプト動画の作成

デザイン・リサーチ

  • デザインリサーチ・競合調査
  • ユーザーインタビュー設計やユーザーテスト実施
  • インサイトの抽出・課題の定義
  • カスタマージャーニーなど体験設計と可視化
  • ワークショップなどのファシリテーションスキル
  • サービスデザインなどのプロセスの理解と実施

プロダクトデザイン

  • Figmaプロトタイプ(インタラクションデザイン)
  • UIデザインやエンジニアとの連携・実装
  • デザインシステムの構築や運用
  • AIを活用したデザイン作成
  • AIを活用したソリューション策定

デザインツール等の経験

・ Figma/Figjam

歓迎要件

  • マネジメント(デザイン組織の立ち上げ、メンタリング、コーチング)
  • 空間デザイン、VR/AR, IoT、GenAIなどのテクノロジーの活用
  • デジタルプロダクトの立ち上げやグロースの経験
  • ブランディングやマーケティング
  • プロダクトマネジメント
