業務内容


【 イベント推進・現場運営責任者とは 】

当社は、「食」を軸とした体験型イベントを年間を通じて複数開催しています。

これまでにも、

・リアルイカゲーム、

・麻布台ヒルズ クリスマスマーケット、

・日比谷音楽祭でのケータリング提供など、

話題性と規模感のあるイベントを数多く手がけてきました。

本ポジションは、そうしたイベントの現場に入り、

企画を"形にしていく"推進役です。

イベント当日の運営管理やスタッフの取りまとめだけでなく、

簡単な調理・盛り付け・提供、サービス対応などにも実際に関わっていただきます。

いわゆる「運営管理だけの責任者」ではなく、

・食が好き、イベントも好き

・調理・サービスが好き、経験がある

・食に関わるイベントや企画に携わったことがある、これからも関わりたい

といった方にとって、現場の最前線で力を発揮できる職種です。

当社では、年間を通して複数のイベントを開催しているため、

数ヶ月ごとに異なるイベント・業務に携わっていただけます。

その分、現場対応力、イベント運営力、食に関する知見など、

幅広い経験を短期間で積むことができるエキサイティングなポジションでもあります。

【 今回最初に担当いただくイベントについて 】

世界的人気を誇る Netflix作品「イカゲーム」の

体験型イベントが、ついに東京に上陸します。

巨大セット、フォトスポット、ゲームなど、

まるでドラマの中に入り込んだような没入型イベントです。

その会場内で、イカゲームの世界観を

「食」で完成させる飲食ブースの

立ち上げチームを募集します。

第一弾はこのイカゲームイベントですが、

今後も新規出店イベントがあれば、

その現場で活躍するチャンスがあります。

【 仕事内容 】

飲食ブースでの通常業務と

ストアマネージャーとしての

管理業務をお願いします。

・オーダー対応

・レジ対応

・ドリンク、アイスクリームの製造

・簡単な調理

・提供

・開店、閉店作業 など

・シフト作成や在庫管理

・スタッフ育成 など

オペレーション自体は難しくないので、

飲食未経験の方でもOKです

就業時間


10:00~23:00の中で実働8時間のシフト制

イベント毎にシフト勤務となります。

最初の2026年1月16日〜半年間は、

イカゲームの運営をメイン業務とし、

会期の後は他のイベントの運営を

引き続きお願いします。

また、その後は常設店舗での勤務も可能です。

給与


月給:300,000円 〜 450,000円

固定残業:あり

固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり 30.0時間

固定残業代:1ヶ月あたり 53,450円

上記は入社時のスタートの給与です。

上記給与には、固定残業代30時間分(53,450円~80,170円)が含まれています。

超過分については別途支給いたします。

前職の給与を考慮致します。

入社後3か月間は契約社員としての雇用となります。
