■About our client

■Position Overview
This role will be responsible for all aspects of payment processing, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving efficiency in transaction workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial operations, payment systems, vendor relations and team leadership.
■Responsibilities
・Manage team: ensure timely receipt/tracking of invoices
・Ensure all payments are released timely (15th & 25th)
・Manage vendor registration process (bank details)
・Review accounts payable listing and resolve issues
・Coordinate with Claims/Billing teams to resolve queries
・Reply to Provider inquiries as needed
■Requirements
・5+ years of experience in payment operations
・Strong knowledge of payment types/systems (SWIFT, Zengin)
・Proven leadership and team management experience
・ERP experience (English ERP system i.e. SUN6, Oracle)
・Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related Boki 3 or above preferred
・Business level or higher of English and Japanese
