1動物細胞や細胞・遺伝子を用いたバイオ医薬品受託開発製造(CDMO)の立上げ・拡大に伴う、品質保証組織の立ち上げ2バイオ医薬品原薬・中間体製造設備の導入および必要な設備機器の選定及び要求仕様の決定・承認に係わる業務
3建設会社、エンジニアリング会社、海外関係会社との技術ディスカッション
4バリデーション関連書類(VMP、要求仕様書、Qualification図書類)及びGMP/GCTP文書類の作成・承認に係わる業務
5設備完成後は、組織運営・品質保証を担当 専門性(専攻、経験等)* 【必須条件】
製薬会社(受託製造会社含む)で、バイオ医薬品原薬にかかわる経験のうち、特に下記のいずれかの業務に3年以上の経験を有しているもの
1 バイオ医薬品又は注射用医薬品(含む原薬)の製造管理/品質管理/品質保証
2 再生医療等製品製造業における製造部門あるいは品質部門経験者
3 低分子医薬品事業における品質保証(QA)業務経験者

または12のうち、品質保証に係る経験 資格(学歴、適性)* 【必須条件】
薬学、化学、工学、農学、理学系の大学卒業以上

ライフサイエンス系の大学院(薬学、工学、農学、生命科学系)修士
語学* 【必須条件】TOEICスコア550 以上目安

バイオ医薬品原薬の供給で、患者さんの命を支える仕事です。
医薬品業界の主流となっているバイオ医薬品原薬製造に関する設備の導入や、設備機器の選定、プロセスの承認等を中心に、立上げ、稼働まで繋げるプロジェクト業務です。稼働後は、自分で立ち上げた設備、組織で手腕を振るっていただきます。
AGCではライフサイエンス事業を戦略事業として注力しており、業績も好調で活気があります。事業拡大が続き、またグローバルな事業展開を行っており、頻繁に英語でのコミュニケーションが求められるエキサイティングな業務です。
