服飾資材の商品企画業務〇繊維商社との連携強化

仕事内容:

服飾資材の専門商社として、アパレルメーカーのものづくりを支える重要な役割を担当。

【主な業務内容】

提案・企画営業:ボタン、ファスナー、裏地、芯地、肩パットなどの付属品から、繊維製品、鞄・雑貨まで幅広い商品をお客さまのニーズに合わせて企画・コーディネート

ルート営業:お客様との打ち合わせを重ね、デザインやコンセプトに沿った服飾資材の提案・開発を実施。8割がルート営業のため、既存顧客との信頼関係を深めながら新たな提案を継続

架け橋的役割:アパレルメーカーのデザイナーやMDと繊維商社、国内外の縫製工場との連携調整を担当

新規開拓:実績と経験次第では新たなビジネスシーンの開拓にも注力

グローバル展開:中国、台湾、ベトナム、ミャンマーなど海外拠点の強みを活かし、グローバルに活躍することも

入社後は先輩営業マンのアシスタントとしてOJT研修を通じて、服飾資材の知識や提案スキル、商品知識、段取りなどを習得。経験を積み重ねることで営業マンへとステップアップ

必須条件:

・大学以上の学歴

・Word、Excelの基本操作ができる方

・普通自動車運転免許(入社までに取得であれば可)

・英語または中国語または両方の日常会話レベルの語学力

膨大な商品数を扱うため、先を見た段取りや心づかいなど「マメさ」に自信がある方を求めています。

ルートが8割のため、コミュニケーション力と心づかいのできる対話力、そして行動力が重要です。
